I certainly like the idea of odesk.com.  I did a quick search for jobs I&#039;d be qualified for and they were all extrememly low rates.  I am sure there are some true gems in there too that would turn into great business relationships.</description>

		<description>Your observation that there are buyers who are looking for services at rock-bottom rates is correct, but if you look at who buyers have actually hired you will notice that the majority prefer working with quality providers and will pay market rates. 
There will always be those who will look for the cheapest service at the cost of quality or time spent, which is why every market makes place for the too.
